BibOrganizer

BibOrganizer is a very simple program designed for organizing bibliographic information. It stores information about publications (such as title, authors, publication date, category, rating and other) and provides a simple search engine for retrieving relevant papers, based on certain critiria. It hasn't been tested extensively, but seems to work fine so far.
