Learning Outcomes
Knowledge: Having attended and succeeded in the course, the student is will know the fundamentals of Physics regarding Mechanics, Waves, and Electric Circuits Understanding: Having attended and succeeded in the course, the student will understand the difference between types of motion, the fundamentals of the energy concept and related theorems, the way audio sounds propagate and interfere, the fundamentals of electricity and related laws, and the inner workings of a DC circuit. Application: Having attended and succeeded in the course, the student is able to apply their knowledge of Mechanics, Waves, and DC circuits on world simulations, audio wave propagation, perception, and analysis, and on basic electronics. Analysis: Having attended and succeeded in the course, the student is able to analyze problems according to different models they have been taught in class. Synthesis: Having attended and succeeded in the course, the student is able to synthesize multiple viewpoints (temporal, energy-related) of a problem to solve it efficiently. Evaluation: Having attended and succeeded in the course, the student is able to evaluate most of the mathematical concepts they learned using Python as a programming environment.
